Create a Measuring Point

In your project under the measuring points tab, the measuring points for that project are listed. You see the location, the sensor number and measuring point dates.

Create a new measuring point is a wizard in four steps. You don’t have to go through all four steps.

You find the wizard under your project. To create a new measuring point, click on create measuring point.

Create a measuring point (Step 1/4)

  1. Write the name of the sensor
  2. Active dates (It is better to choose a longer date than a shorter one).
  3. This is a quick filter for the different sensor types, V (vibration), S (sound) and X (other sensors).
  4. Sensor type, this is a list with all the sensors. It is possible to write the name of the sensor type at the top of the list.
  5. Sensor, it is possible to write the name of the sensor at the top of the list.

You can also just click on the sensor type and choose, or write in the field.

Click on save and continue.

Create a measuring point (Step 2/4)

This is where the sensor is placed on the map.

There are three different ways to place the sensor.

  1. Use the map and put the pin where the project is located.

  2. Fill in Latitude and Longitude.

  3. Use the x and y coordinates

This is optional. This has nothing to do with hardware.

  1. High alarm is the red line in the datareport. For presentation, indication alarm levels.

  2. High alert is the yellow line in the datareport. For presentation, indication alert levels

The actual settings of a senor can only be changed under hardware
