New Firmware Release for INFRA D10 - Version 1.5.0
Due to the implementation of 5G and the sunset of 2G and 3G technologies, most cellular networks are currently under reconstruction, affecting their behavior. This firmware update includes improvements that we have seen being helpful in many cases. We strongly recommend that you perform this update.
Please note: When using a miniSIM instead of the built-in SIM, the "extapn" must be set to secure the connectivity.
INFRA D10 Firmware Release Version 1.5.0
Improvements:
Major redesign of the modem handling
The operator can select between "2G+3G+4G", "2G+4G" or "4G only" on most modems

Visibility of warnings/errors
User interface at start-up when “long cable mode” is used
Other minor changes
Fixed issues:
Behavior if start of monitoring fails because of file system problems (rare, but critical)

Firmware Release (July, 2023)
Connectivity update for INFRA C20/C22/Point
This firmware version replaces version 2.10.0 because of a bug in the modem types uBlox L210 and L201. Firmware version 2.10.0 can still be used if you know that other modem types are used in your devices.
If you already use firmware version 2.10.0 on your C20/C22 or Point but you are unsure about the modem type, we recommend to update your devices to this version.
Improvements:
Workaround for uBlox modems which may freeze when connecting to 3G networks.
Please ensure to review the release notes for firmware version 2.10.0 for further details.

Technical Note
Along with many changes in modem behavior, we have also updated the configuration options for communication. The device user interface now allows for cellular technology selections.*
This can speed up connectivity, especially in areas where the 3G network is no longer available. It can also avoid problems that are sometimes caused by switching between technologies.
Please note the importance of upgrading the firmware. It is essential for secure operation!

*Some devices will not have this functionality due to modems not supporting all selectable modes.
