Device modem firmware upgrade information

Sigicom will soon initiate Over The Air (OTA) firmware upgrades for the modems on select INFRA devices.

Why?

• This is done to secure future cellular functionality

• Without the upgrade these devices may stop connecting when cellular providers implement upcoming upgrades on their end.

The upgrade is free of charge but will load your data package with an extra ~30MB when the modem firmware upgrade is downloaded to the device.

When?
This upgrade will roll-out on weekends starting from Saturday 17th of February and onwards.
