Service Notice

We want to inform you about some recent technical challenges we've encountered and the steps we are taking to resolve them.

Between Friday, April 19th in the afternoon and Saturday, April 20th at noon CET, we experienced a technical issue with our storage system that may have impacted the data of some of our customers.

Where needed, all data from the Point, C20, C22, and C50 systems has been reimported. In some instances, gaps in data have persisted, and we are undertaking an inventory to understand the full impact of this.

Our team has started now with verifying the availability of all data from our cabled data logger systems. This work will continue during the weekend.

Should you notice any discrepancies or missing data from this period, please contact us immediately, and we will address the issue as promptly as possible.
