Why can’t my Client+ user log into INFRA Net?
The Client+ user may not have enabled web access. Follow these steps to enable web access:
- Edit the user type and make a temporary change to a Client user. Hit save.
- Tick the web access box as displayed below. Hit save.
- Edit the user type and change back to Client+. Hit save.
- Web access is now enabled for the Client+ user.
