Creating a new blast
Blasts are created within a project, so make sure you have a project to assign the blast to.
Before you can create a blast, you need to set the correct blast standard in project settings like shown in the image.

To initiate creation of a new blast, you can do so by clicking either the green button in the list view on the left or in the bottom right corner. Buttons are highlighted in the image
Fill in the form and click save
